Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 June 2026Short version: we research and build ad creative for your brand, you pay only for finished assets with prepaid credits, you own what we make for you, and we never promise a performance number we can't stand behind.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AngrySheep ("AngrySheep", "we", "us"), the website at angrysheep.ai, and the AngrySheep service. By requesting early access or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using AngrySheep for a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept on its behalf. AngrySheep is operated by MB "Angry Sheep Solutions", a private limited partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in the Republic of Lithuania. The service is provided for business use and is not intended for consumers.
2. What AngrySheep does
AngrySheep researches your market, audience, and competitors, finds advertising angles worth scaling, and generates ad creative (images, animated statics, and video) built around those angles for your brand. Strategy and account analysis are included; you spend credits only on finished assets.
3. Early access & changes
AngrySheep is in early access. Features may change, break, or be added as we build. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and we'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
4. Credits & payment
- Prepaid credits. The service runs on credits you buy in advance (1 credit = 1 US dollar). Finished assets cost a set number of credits, shown before you generate.
- Your first batch is free. We generate a real batch for your brand before you ever buy a credit. Free batches, trial credits, and any other free or promotional use are provided as is, with no warranties and no service commitments of any kind (see sections 9 and 10).
- No subscription. You top up when you want. There's no recurring charge unless you explicitly choose one in the future.
- Credits don't expire. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open. If we change credit prices or the credit cost of an asset type, we will email you before the change takes effect.
- Use of credits. Credits pay for generated assets and are consumed when an asset is produced. During early access we may grant or adjust credits manually.
- Credits are non-refundable. Payments for credits are final. Credits are not exchangeable for cash and are not refunded when unused, when your account closes, or on termination, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. In exchange, your credits never expire while your account is open, so their value stays available to you.
- Credit-back quality guarantee, and your sole remedy. If a delivered asset misses the brief, reject it with a reason within 7 days of delivery. A person reviews the rejection, normally within one business day, and where we agree the asset missed, we return those credits to your balance so you can spend them again. Returned credits are credits, not cash. This credit-back is your sole and exclusive remedy for any issue with the quality, accuracy, or suitability of a delivered asset.
- Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at hello@angrysheep.ai. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms; we may suspend your account, treat the disputed credits as forfeited, and recover the disputed amount plus chargeback fees and reasonable costs.
Payments are not yet processed automatically during early access; onboarding and top-ups are handled directly with you until automated billing launches.
5. Your content and the creative we make
- Your inputs stay yours. You keep all rights in the brand assets, product photos, copy, and data you provide. You grant us the limited right to use them to provide the service to you.
- You get the outputs. Subject to your account being in good standing, the finished creatives we deliver are yours to use in your advertising and marketing.
- Your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to the brand assets and information you give us, and that using them and the resulting ads is lawful for your business.
- AI output is a draft you must review. Creatives are generated using AI and automated systems. Output is provided AS IS, may contain errors, inaccuracies, or non-compliant or misleading statements, and is a draft for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, editing, and approving every asset before you publish it: you, not AngrySheep, are the publisher of any ad you run. AI output may not be unique and may unintentionally resemble existing works, brands, trademarks, or real people; before publishing you are responsible for clearing all rights in the final asset (copyright, trademark, and right-of-publicity/likeness) and for any required AI-generated or synthetic-media labelling.
- No liability for AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngrySheep has no liability for your use of the AI tools or any output they produce, including any claim that an output infringes or violates the rights of any third party, or that an output is inaccurate, non-compliant, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. We give no indemnity for AI output. You accept the output as a draft and take responsibility for what you publish.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AngrySheep for anything illegal, deceptive, or infringing, and not to create advertising for prohibited products or with claims that violate the law or the advertising policies of the platforms you run on (for example, misleading health, financial, or earnings claims). You are responsible for the compliance of the ads you choose to run.
You are solely responsible for ensuring every ad you publish or run complies with the policies of each platform you use (including Meta's Advertising Standards, Community Standards, and Commerce policies) and with all applicable laws and advertising codes in every market you target, including claim substantiation, required disclosures, and rules on regulated categories (health, supplements, financial, earnings or income, weight-loss, before-and-after, and similar). AngrySheep does not review your ads for legal or platform compliance and is not your compliance reviewer.
7. No guaranteed results
We do not, and will not, promise a specific return on ad spend, conversion rate, or revenue figure. Advertising performance depends on many things outside our control: your product, offer, pricing, audience, budget, and the platforms themselves. We work to give you genuinely strong, distinct creative grounded in real research and your own data. We do not sell guaranteed numbers, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.
7a. No guarantee of approval; not liable for rejections or bans
We do not guarantee that any ad will be approved, delivered, or shown, that any account will stay in good standing, or that any ad account, Page, or business asset will not be restricted, suspended, disabled, or banned by Meta or any other platform. Platform review and enforcement decisions are made solely by those platforms, are outside our control, and can happen for reasons unrelated to the creative we provide. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngrySheep is not liable for any ad rejection, disapproval, throttled or paused delivery, account restriction, suspension, ban, loss of account, loss of Page or business assets, or loss of ad spend.
8. Account data access & ad spend
Where you connect or share an advertising account, our access is limited and paused-first. We read performance data to strategize, and when you ask us to, we create draft campaigns in your ad account. Every campaign we create starts paused and spends nothing until you activate it. We never activate campaigns, never change your live campaigns, budgets, or targeting, and never spend your money. You decide what actually gets published.
Ad spend is yours. You are responsible for all advertising costs Meta bills to your ad account. Activating a campaign is your decision, and once you activate it, its budget, spend, delivery, and results are your responsibility, including any overspending or unexpected pacing. Review every draft campaign, its budget, and its targeting before you turn it on.
The service depends on third-party platforms (including Meta) whose APIs, access, rate limits, and policies they control and may change or withdraw; we are not liable for any interruption, limitation, or loss of access caused by a platform. We use platform data only to provide the service described in these Terms; we never sell, license, or transfer it, and we delete it on request.
Your compliance with Meta's terms and advertising policies is an essential part of these Terms, because one account's violations can affect our platform access for every customer. We may suspend or end your access if your use puts our Meta platform access at risk, or if Meta requires us to stop providing services to you.
9. Service provided "as is"
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what these Terms describe.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngrySheep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, including lost or wasted advertising spend, loss of ad-account access or value, loss of business or goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, and any losses arising from platform enforcement or third-party action. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount of credits you paid us in the three months before the claim. For free batches, trial credits, and any other free or promotional use, our total liability is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Delivery to advertising platforms. Publishing to Meta or any other platform depends on systems we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any error, delay, cost, or loss arising from a creative or campaign not being transferred to, or not appearing correctly on, a platform, or from any malfunction, outage, rate limit, or change in a platform's systems or policies. You are responsible for checking in your ad account that anything you intend to run has been created and configured as you expect before you activate it.
Time limit for claims. To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the service must be brought within one year of the date you became aware, or reasonably should have become aware, of the circumstances giving rise to it. Claims brought after that period are waived.
10a. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AngrySheep and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) ads or content you publish, run, or distribute; (b) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use rules; (c) your violation of any platform policy, law, or third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; (d) brand assets, data, or instructions you provide to us; and (e) your use of the creatives we deliver.
11. Termination
You can stop using AngrySheep anytime. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service. On termination, unused credits are handled per section 4 and are not refunded except where mandatory law requires it.
Sections on Acceptable use, Your content, No guarantees, Limitation of liability, Time limit for claims, and Indemnification survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and the European Union, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts there, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify early-access users by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
